Hand ported 6.4 intake manifold, real world testing shows .1/.15 gains in the 1/4 mile. TB opening up to 90mm, throat cleaned and reshaped, runners smoothed to remove casting defects and injector bosses smoothed and reduced to decrease turbulence. You can send in your 6.4 intake and have it hand ported with a 2 day turn around or choose to buy a brand new 6.4 bare intake manifold to be ported and shipped.
We recommend that you strip the intake bare prior to shipping, have ups or fedex box it for you and put a minimum of $1300 insurance on it to cover you if something should break during shipping. This is the same coverage we use while shipping it back to you. In the event of needing to make a claim you may have to return broken intake and packaging to sender. If broken during shipping please take pics of damage to manifold as well as box for claim process.
